Cookbooks

So I don't really cook often. That doesn't mean, however, that I don't like cookbooks! Here are a few of my favorites, and ones I'd like to try!

Greek Revival is written by USC's own first-lady, Mrs. Moore-Pastides! A portion of this cookbook goes to USC scholarships.
Of Tide and Thyme is the Annapolis Junior League's Cookbook--I've thumbed through this many times!
Cooking Rocks has some of the first recipes I ever tried on my own, including Honey Nut Chicken!
I would LOVE to try the Momofuku cookbook! All the desserts in here sound AMAZING!
100 Recipes Every Woman Should Know piqued my interest on Pinterest! I added it to my Books board, and I really want to buy this!

What cookbooks do you love? Anything you rely on?

I have a four-tiered bookshelf full of cook books, but I only use about half a dozen of them, if that. Most of them are themed and are interesting to read but I doubt I will actually cook anything from them.

I have lots of cookbooks, but I don't use them all too, too often. I love cookbooks specifically for entertaining and dinner parties, but I use them more for decorating, serving, and menu ideas than I do for the recipes. I do, however, rely on my Oxmoor House Southern Living cookbook. I grew up watching my mom use it all the time, and many of the recipes remind me of my grandmother as they are ones she made. My copy is really special because it was a Christmas gift from my mother, it is an out-of-print edition that she searched for and she wrote notes to me all throughout with stories and annotations to the recipes.

OOh Greek food is delicious and makes you feel so healthy! I love the books of some traditional British Chefs like Hugh Fearnley Whittinstall, CLarissa Dickson Wright, Jamie Oliver... Plus Italians like Giorgio Locatelli, Antonio Carluccion etc - we are bombarded by TV chefs here!
