As about 99% of you all know, this is the facebook icon for Pages!

I'm excited to announce that the Let's Be Preppy fan page has updated to the new Timeline! 

The page Timeline is a little more confusing than the standard profile Timeline, but I'm excited to use the new platform and get used to it. As soon as I do understand it all, I'm sure good ol' facebook will flip something! (Am I the only one who feels like that happens all the time?!)

I'm still working out the kinks, but it's a fun transition!

Tons of BIG companies and fan pages are using Timeline:

The Titanic page is one of my favorites!!

The Bachelor is even using Timeline too!

I think the most effective Timeline user is Starbucks. Starbucks is getting a ton of credit among the social media websites for it's creative use and immediate adoption of the Timeline feature for pages:

Check out the far right side, and you'll see that Starbucks has sincerely completed their company timeline, dating back to their opening in the 80's. Pretty cool, huh!

Best Movie Weekend

Anyone who follows me on Twitter knows how excited I was about all the movies on this weekend! I hung out at home this weekend while most Gamecocks were in Charlotte for the season opener and watched a bunch of movies before and after the game. It all started with Titanic:

Titanic (obviously, this goes without saying)

The next morning, Dirty Dancing came on

After Dirty Dancing, Grease was on--my absolute favorite movie of all time

(Grease 2 was next, but I'm NOT a big fan of this movie and did Operations Management homework instead.)

Last, but certainly not least, after dinner Sweet Home Alabama came on.

SO MANY GOOD MOVIES to choose from--with TV like this, who even needs Netflix?!
