What's Pink and Green and Baggy and Messy?

...Katie re-packing for college. My room's just about hit tornado status and none of my stuff is bagged yet. Last year I "organized" everything on a couch I have in my room:
I cannot believe that this was almost exactly a year ago (give or take 6 days). I cannot believe that I won't be a freshman and that there'll be 4800 brand new faces all over campus--they're the biggest freshman class ever!

Anyway, I'm packing all my stuff up today/tomorrow/through the end of the week so I'm stuck with Lilly dresses (that are soon to be hung and packed) and yucky t-shirts that sit in a box and never get worn. All the good ones are currently packed in my t-shirt tupperware box. I'm currently stuck with ill fittting Bethany Surf Shop t's, family reunion t's, concert t's (circa my sophomore year in high school Montgomery Gentry anyone...?), old high school sports t's, and even rattier gym shorts to spend my last few days in. It's not the nicest way to leave, but I'd much rather give a few days of looking messy in order to have clean, folded, organized clothes when I get back to school. Unfortunately that means wearing yucky clothes out to mostly everywhere other than work, i.e. to my last few calculus classes. They're my only real destination these days because I go M/T/Th from 6-9 and I have a 52 mile round trip to get there...ew! I have my final Thursday and then a day or two of work and then I'm USC BOUND!!! I absolutely cannot wait to see my best friends, my new apartment and get settled. YAYYY!

xxKatie

I just moved again and it looks like the pink and green exploded everywhere in my condo because I am still waiting on furniture.

I feel your pain. My stuff is kind of still packed, but it was slightly unpacked so I could take some of it to Nashville all summer. Re-packing is on my agenda for next week.

Good luck with packing, it is always a chore. But I always loved setting up my new room!
